Until 1992, Mr. O'Callaghan was the President and Managing Partner of The Caldwell Partners International, a Canadian executive search firm, where he spent fourteen years assisting Boards of Directors with senior executive search assignments and organization, compensation and succession issues. Mr. O'Callaghan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of British Columbia, spent two years with CUSO in Zambia, and completed his Master of Business Administration at the University of Western Ontario. He held sales and management positions with Xerox of Canada prior to joining The Caldwell Partners in 1978. |
